Chuck Billups leads the identification and creation of new research products and services for the Path to Purchase Institute. In the last year, he built the Institute's new Online Advertising Survey and Insights Service (OASIS) – the only deep crawling application that captures, preserves and measures the retail digital world. Billups brings 15 years of expertise in retail and shopper marketing and media, having created and managed retail media networks with industry leader PRN and held customer marketing and strategy posts at Procter & Gamble.
Billups received an MBA with highest honors from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business and a bachelor's from the University of Pennsylvania.
